As a key highlight of the Hotel Management Program, students undergo 9 months of online learning followed by a minimum 3-month internship with reputed partner hotels.
This structured approach ensures learners first build strong theoretical foundations in hospitality operations and then gain hands-on exposure through at least 12 weeks of practical training across Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping. By combining flexible digital learning with immersive on-ground training, the program equips graduates with both academic knowledge and real-world experience, making them job-ready for roles in hotels, cruises, airlines, and allied sectors.

His industry experience is complemented by his tenure with the renowned Taj Group, where he honed his skills in the luxury hospitality segment. As an AHLEI-certified instructor, FSSAI-certified food safety & hygiene trainer, and a lifetime member of the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), Chef Chandra continues to contribute to the growth and development of culinary education in India. His credentials and expertise make him a respected figure in the culinary world.
