His expertise spans hospitality operations, hospitality academics, and learning and development (L&D), making him a versatile leader in his field. A seasoned academic and industry expert, Chef Chandra has held esteemed positions as a professor and department head at IAM Hotel School, Kolkata,, and IHM-RIG, Greater Noida. His industry experience is complemented by his tenure with the renowned Taj Group, where he honed his skills in the luxury hospitality segment. As an AHLEI-certified instructor, FSSAI-certified food safety & hygiene trainer, and a lifetime member of the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), Chef Chandra continues to contribute to the growth and development of culinary education in India. His credentials and expertise make him a respected figure in the culinary world.
