Mr. Chandra brings 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry and education sector, specializing in operations, academics, and learning & development. An alumnus of DSMS Durgapur, West Bengal, he has contributed significantly to culinary education and training.
He has served as an Assistant Professor at IAM Hotel School, Kolkata, and as Head of Academics, Food Production, and Training & Placement Cell at IHM-RIG, Greater Noida. His experience also includes a tenure as Assistant Professor of Food Production at DSMS Group of Institutions and a Chef Supervisor with the prestigious TAJ Group of Hotels.
In addition to his academic roles, Mr. Chandra has been an Examiner and Paper Evaluator for WBUT, Kolkata, and NCHMCT, Noida. His dedication to the culinary arts is reflected in his lifetime membership with the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF). He is also a Certified Food Production Instructor accredited by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), USA.
