He has served as an Assistant Professor at IAM Hotel School, Kolkata, and as Head of Academics, Food Production, and Training & Placement Cell at IHM-RIG, Greater Noida. His experience also includes a tenure as Assistant Professor of Food Production at DSMS Group of Institutions and a Chef Supervisor with the prestigious TAJ Group of Hotels.
In addition to his academic roles, Mr. Chandra has been an Examiner and Paper Evaluator for WBUT, Kolkata, and NCHMCT, Noida.
